“My name is Larry, I’m 75 yrs old and have been slowing down due to arthritis in my right knee causing my left Achilles heel to swell. 6 months ago I saw a sports medicine doctor about my knee as my left ankle started to hurt. He attributed the ankle pain to arthritis and gave me a shot of cortisone in my knee.

I had considered physical therapy but I was always afraid of the pain it might cause. I was told by my audiologist at Westchester Hearing about this wonderful man named Yossi at Regen in Harrison. I made an appointment and couldn’t be happier! I’ve only been going for 2 weeks but have learned that 1) PT does not have to be painful. 2) Yossi has taught me how to stand and walk to take the pain and irritation off of the knee while fixing the Achilles heel.

To wrap this early chapter up, I am very happy about the results I’ve seen in this short time. I plan to keep everyone updated as my PT continues.
